Since 2005, Noodle Paradise has been on a mission to share the bold, authentic flavours of Southeast Asia with Australia. What started as a small takeaway shop has grown into a beloved chain with 12 locations across NSW & Victoria.
From a dream to 12 stores.
It all began with a simple dream: to recreate the vibrant street food experience of Southeast Asia right here in Australia. Our founder Steven Liu, inspired by childhood memories of bustling hawker centres in Singapore and steaming noodle stalls in Malaysia, opened the first Noodle Paradise in Sydney in 2005.
The response was overwhelming. Customers fell in love with our bold flavours, generous portions, and commitment to authenticity. Word spread, and soon we were opening new locations across Western Sydney and beyond.
Today, with 12 stores spanning NSW and Victoria, we continue to honour our heritage while embracing the diverse food cultures of China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Every dish is prepared fresh, with the same passion and attention to detail that started it all — see what's on the menu.
